IS THERE A PROVEN FORMULA FOR A “HAPPILY EVER AFTER?”

YES.

(And it works 93% of the time.)

You may have been sabotaging your love life this whole time — without knowing it.

This may sound crazy, but the first two years of your life may play a much bigger unconscious role in your relationships without you even knowing it.

Finding, building, and keeping healthy and loving relationships requires more than sharing similar interests and goals or madly loving your partner. In fact, these things alone won’t guarantee you will have a successful, happy, and lasting relationship.

However, after 40 years of research, we now know what will.

  • I helped a client leave a 30-year loveless marriage, build a business, heal, and find love.

  • I guided a couple from the verge of divorce through deep healing and to the point of thriving.

  • A client stopped attracting unhealthy partners, while a different one learned not to sabotage healthy relationships.

  • A client transformed from a shy, awkward nerd into a confident, charismatic go-getter.

Whether you want to heal from a breakup, learn to find the right person for you, get more dates, or improve your current relationship with your partner or family member, I am here for you.

“I've worked with Adi for several years now, and by far he has been the life coach who has challenged me the most, structured my learning and growth, and shaped the ways in which I approach building meaningful relationships at work and with my loved ones.”

KEY BENEFITS OF RELATIONSHIP COACHING

Research shows that authentic relationships are essential for a happy, meaningful, and long life. However, nurturing healthy and loving relationships requires that we do the inner work and develop the skills necessary for their development.

This is where coaching comes in.

No matter if you’re looking to heal, strengthen, or heal your relationship, working with a coach helps you see the glimmers of hope that, in time, lead to transformation and a burst of full-blown sunshine.

INSPIRE HOPE

Like a double helix, your brain works in patterns and unless you identify them, you will keep on repeating them. This is where your coach will be your best friend because they can see what you can’t and gently point it out.

IDENTIFY PATTERNS

Few among us were taught how to identify and manage emotions in a healthy way. Yet, without this critical skill, we cannot take back our power and will keep reacting, over-reacting, and hurting ourselves (and others)—often without realizing why.

MANAGE EMOTIONS

The part of your brain that controls language isn’t the part that manages your emotions. Therefore, unless we know how to speak to “it,” we will keep misunderstanding and feeling misunderstood, and falling short of a deep, fulfilling connections.

IMPROVE COMMUNICATION

Intimacy isn’t about sex; it’s about the connection that sex (among many other things) facilitates. However, unless you can develop intimacy within yourself, you won’t be able to grow it with your partner, either.

DEEPEN INTIMACY

Whether it’s developing a secure attachment, managing anxiety, “numbness,” and stress, or handling arguments in a constructive way, you will want to get very good at this so that your relationships can flourish.

MANAGE STRESSFUL SITUATIONS

Frequently Asked Questions

  • In the past, only the most successful people in the world, usually executives or government leaders, were able to have a coach. Thankfully, this has changed, making coaching widely accessible and recommended to anyone wishing to improve their life, figure things out, be more accountable, achieve goals, and more.

  • Coaching is like sparring in boxing — the coach helps you become the champion of your own life, builds you up, strengthens you, and shores up your blind spots, all the while unbiasedly guiding and supporting you.

Whether you’re looking for more motivation, accountability, and clarity in your life or are hoping to improve your mindset and self-management (time, energy, emotions, money), achieve goals, grow in your career, deepen your relationships or learn how to date, improve your leadership skills, or if you’re simply looking to get to the next level and push through your limiting beliefs — coaching is for you.

My coaching philosophy is holistic, which means you’re one whole person trying to do the very best you can in all areas of your life. Since we are driven by a lot of unconscious processes, each area of your life influences the other. As such, the best coach will help you intelligently determine the core areas to work on and build from there.

  • Yes, it does.

However, not all coaches are made the same, so it’s really important you get the one who can be real with you and is not afraid to be brutally honest when necessary, has done the inner work themselves, and can be vulnerable.

Additionally, the best coach will never promise you “silver bullets,” or overnight success, because they understand “the anatomy of change” and that the ultimate success of coaching takes some time and rests with you. Depending on your circumstances, you will see results quickly, but your commitment is essential.

Lastly, it’s critical you resonate with your coach. For example, I don’t take all clients if I don’t think it’s the right fit. The right fit, however, doesn’t mean it’s easy or that the coach is just going to nod their head while you stay in the same place. My job is to help you bridge where you’re now to where you want to go.

  • We start with a complimentary 30-minute phone session, where we will determine 3-5 areas you’d like to work on and set some concrete outcomes for you.

After this session, you can sign up to work with me on a weekly, bi-weekly basis (by phone and/or Zoom), where you will get insights, motivation, and accountability — and a lot of transformative “aha” moments — that will lead to results.

One extra benefit of working with me is that I am accessible throughout the week by text or email, so if you want to share something, have a question, or need a quick pick-me-up, I am here for you. The idea behind this is that you feel like someone’s in your corner all the time, not just one hour a week.

You will also get additional resources and exercises between the sessions, as needed.

  • If you could pay to live a life you love, feel good, confident, and motivated, reach your goals, and heal — would you?

If yes, then when thinking about the cost of coaching, you want to think about the long-term return on investment and make it a priority.

This will make coaching doable and worthwhile.

According to the famous billionaire investor, Warren Buffet, the most important investment you can make in life is in yourself and your own growth. Buffet credits his success to the early coaching by the “original life coach” Dale Carnegie.

I know this to be true myself as I’ve had a coach and spiritual guru for 15+ years now.

And since she decided to work with me when I couldn’t pay the full rate, I honor her by offering a variety of discounts to my standard rates, so if you’re not sure you can pay the full rate, don’t hesitate to tell me what you can afford and whether there are any discounts available.

  • Every situation is different, but the typical recommendation for powerful results is to work with a coach for at least a year. However, all of my clients start noticing positive changes within a few sessions. And quite a few stick around for several years or come back for “tune-ups”.

I recommend starting with 16 sessions.

Ideally, you will view me as a support partner, your traveling buddy who consistently helps you level up and nurture your growth mindset. With this attitude, the sky is your limit.

  • For a decade, my clients came exclusively by word-of-mouth, which is the biggest compliment I could receive and a resounding review of my abilities—my clients found so much value in working with me that they wanted their loved ones to benefit just the same.

I’ve had clients hire me for their friends and family because they were so certain of my ability to help.

    That says something, right?

Beyond this, in 2020, I was recognized among Chicago’s Top 20 Coaches and as CEO of the Year in 2022.

Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, I’ve been there. From a war-torn childhood to meetings at The White House, healing anxiety and PTSD, building businesses (and failing, too), writing books, and thousands of hours of coaching, speaking, and learning, I know firsthand what it takes to heal and succeed, and how to get you there.

That said, I invite you to schedule a call with me and find out for yourself. :)

Why Hire A Coach?

We probably don’t need to tell you this, but … it’s smart.

Change can sometimes feel messy, counterintuitive, paradoxical, and hard. This is why most people want to change, chase their dreams, and live the best life — but few actually do.

Working with the coach will be the difference you’re looking for because an experienced, talented coach will inspire, motivate, and help you take massive action and achieve major results.

Your weekly or bi-weekly 1:1 conversations will set you apart, provide clarity and guidance, and keep you motivated, inspired, and hungry.
